Booking & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Integrity Wellbeing, your luxury organic bespoke beauty and massage studio. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review our booking and cancellation policy:
1. Booking Your Appointment

All appointments are available exclusively on Sundays. We encourage you to book your session in advance to secure your preferred time.

To confirm your booking, we require full payment at the time of scheduling. This allows us to prepare the bespoke experience you deserve.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to change or cancel your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at a more convenient time.

For cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, please note that refunds will not be issued unless we are able to fill the space with another client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
3. No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, the full payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.
4. Booking Adjustments

If you wish to adjust your appointment details, such as the treatment or duration, please inform us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability.
